Phone Consultation with an Attorney We will schedule a telephone consultation between you and us to review the results of your trademark search and answer any other questions you may have in relation to your trademark application. Personalized Drafting of Your Trademark Application Mr. Kurtz will personally draft your trademark application Filing Your Federal Trademark Application Once you’ve had a chance to give your application a final review, we will file it with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
